Un chômage persistant pour les travailleurs handicapés avec une forte ancienneté d'inscription au chômage
A fin décembre 2015, le nombre de demandeurs d'emploi bénéficiaires de l'obligation d'emploi (DEBOE) s'élève à 39 050 dans la région soit une progression de 10,8% en un an (évolution variant de +5,0% dans les Alpes-Maritimes à +16,8% dans les Bouches-du-Rhône). Les personnes handicapées, dont le taux de chômage au niveau national est de 18% soit près du double du tout public, présentent des difficultés d'insertion (âge élevé, plus faible niveau de formation...) qui se matérialisent par une forte ancienneté d'inscription au chômage : 705 jours en moyenne dans la région (+25 jours en un an) variant de 634 jours dans les Hautes-Alpes à 759 jours dans les Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.
Des résultats en hausse avec près de 5 800 insertions et 1 500 maintiens dans l'emploi
En 2015, le nombre d'insertions a progressé de 5% dans la région, les Cap emploi ayant contribué à près de 5 800 recrutements de travailleurs handicapés.
Les entrées en apprentissage aidées par l'Agefiph ont progressé de 9% en 2015 avec 118 contrats signés.
