The British boy band 'Faith' will celebrate its 2nd anniversary with its 'Faith Live Tour' around Great Britain. Formed on the XFactor in 2011, the band was signed by Simon Cowell to his record label Syco and found success with their debut album reaching #1. However, they have faced rivalry from other bands like 'Generation' and faced sabotage when one of their guitarist's instruments was destroyed before a performance. Nonetheless, Faith has persevered through their passion for music and support of fans. They will celebrate their tour anniversary with performances by other popular artists.

1. The band ‘Faith’ will be celebrating its 2nd anniversary to perform their ‘Faith Live Tour’ around Great
Britain. During 2011 when the band didn’t exist, each of these boys were so incredible that Simon
Cowell had to form these talented boys into a band during the XFactor season 10. Unfortunately
they only ended up at the 2nd place but unexpectedly gained a lot of fame and popularity. Simon
Cowell, the owner of Syco records delightedly offered them a contract with their first album ‘One
Shot’ succeeding to reach the top charts at the first week of release. Before the week of release,
crazy fans were gathering at the front of the palace theatre were the conference was held thrashing
One Direction, one of the recent successful bands to drop down becoming 2nd at the top charts.
Since then, Faith had become the best band of the year running for two years and has been
nominated for this year.
‘We’ve been through a lot together; we’re almost like brothers so I believe were better than one
direction!’
The band were believed to be breaking down after being defeated by the new boy band called
‘Generation’ during the performance of both of these bands at the Red nose show where the Faith
were not able to perform at the last minute when Reece’s guitar was bashed into pieces where he
left this unaware at the dressing room. Due to this, many Faith fans were shocked and felt
disappointed. ‘Whoever did this I feel sorry for, I hope you’re happy!’ Reece says angrily after
walking up to the stage and holding up his acoustic guitar he first played at the audition of the
XFactor. But this did not bring them down, they were given another chance to sing at BBC Radio 6
after apologising to the audience to what had happened. Many dedicated fans who felt angry about
the issue had several opinions. ‘Generations are the ones to blame! They are the only rivals right?’
one of the fans said that has been the centre of attention towards all of the other fans. Whereas
some of the fans had demanded to see the tape of the CCTV. Reece who also demanded for this had
convinced the staffs to watch the tape that have been recorded. A man wearing all-black was
unnoticeable especially with its face covered. Guards who were stood outside, had apologised to
Reece for being ‘careless’. Reece who had heard that he’s been given another chance to perform at
the Apollo along with Rihanna, had told the fans not to worry about the guitar after it was repaired.
During the performance at the Apollo, they were immediatelybrought back on the spot beating
Generation.Generation, who were accused of trying to break up Faith had decline with the issue and
had said that it was the other way round.
‘Our passion is music before we even knew it. Even at our spare times we listen to different tracks’
Now that these trio’s were brought into the topic of how they got along pretty well. ‘I’d say it’s
because of music that linked us together’ Adam says. ‘Before we became a band we already got
along with each other even though we were rivals, actually we treated with each other us boys with
Fast foods after getting through to the semi-finals!’ Oliver says. ‘When I got through the boot camp, I
felt left out at first but us boys who were living together at one house didn’t want that, so I got along
with all of them.’ Reece says. Simon Cowell, the owner of Syco Records wanted to pick three boys
whose voice would sound good together when combined. Faith had praised and thanked Simon for
giving them the opportunity to be together. During their performance at the Apollo, they noticed
Simon at the front row who waved at them told him to come to the stage where they praised and
gave him a picture frame of him with the Faith.

2. With the upcoming ‘Faith Live Tour’, it was exclusive that many other artists will be also there to
perform such as Emeli Sande, Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj each a number of their songs and along
with a special number where they are all gathered to sing.
Wanting to win the best band of the year 2013, they were determined to participate in variety
shows, advertisements and make YouTube videos of their songs mostly in acoustic. It’s safe to say
that they haven’t been a disappointment.
