Brand conceptualization
Concept
After reading the information provided
through the questionnaire, the idea is
to create a modern concept to capture
the attention of first-time buyers, a
young generation, but at the same
time it should be appealing to an older
generation of sellers such as baby
boomers. As it was mentioned in the
questionnaire, more than promoting a
company the idea is to create a personal
brand with the intentions on moving
later or create your own brokerage later
on without the need to start all over
again, that is why using your first name
is the best option to create an identity
which should be positioned throught a
solid brand identity and marketing.
Shape
My idea was to combine the brand’s
name NOE a unique symbol, the idea
is to avoid a detailed graphic, at the
same time it should be positioned in
the real estate industry, after some
brainstorming and sketching I found the
perfect solution which was to extend
the right side of the N consonant and
represent a roof.
Typography
This was one of the most complex parts
of the design process, finding the right
typography wasn’t possible to achieve
my goal, that is why I’ve decided to
design it from scratch, the name NOE
is perfect, short, simple and easy to
remember, but when combining it with
the tag line INTEGRITY MATTERS, it looks
too tight, that is why I have increased
the space between letters, which help
us to achieve an elegant and balanced
concept.
Color
The color was selected based on the
keywords described in the questionnaire
which are: integrity, expert, trust,
efficiency and technology.
In the next page you will find some
examples that will give you an idea
of how to use your brand in different
formats.

Clear space
To make sure the logo is always clearly
recognizable it must be seen separate
from any other visual elements such as
pictures, graphics, text, headlines, etc., as
well as the edge of a page or the edge of a
photograph or illustration. The minimum
space required must be equal to the
height of the “N” logo symbol on each side
of the logo.

Logo color versions
Principal logotype
The official logo must be included on all external and internal
marketing collateral, including print pieces, online ads,
multimedia production and other media. This will help to
establish the brand identity and clearly link any related service.
Secundary Mark
The secundary mark must be used on all applications were the
space is limited or too small to use the Official logo, such as
favicons, apps, etc.

Primary brand colors
Primary colors should always play an important role.
Whether it’s highlighting the message or the most
used color in a layout, these colors could be applied
in various ways. Always use both colors for every
audience and on all brand materials.
Secundary brand colors
You may use the secondary colors as background colors or “highlight” moments on a page. Pick and choose which colors
work best for your layout. You do not need to use every secondary color on a spread. At times you may choose to not
use any secondary colors. They are only to help with visibility on a page when primary colors become too limiting.

Incorrect usage
The principal logo or secundary mark cannot be applied using a different color combination, never invert
the color combination or include one of the secundary colors.
Correct usage
The Principal logo and secundary mark must be applied using the
primary logo or over white background if required.

Brand conceptualization Concept After reading the information provided through the questionnaire, the idea is to create a modern concept to capture the attention of first-time buyers, a young generation, but at the same time it should be appealing to an older generation of sellers such as baby boomers. As it was mentioned in the questionnaire, more than promoting a company the idea is to create a personal brand with the intentions on moving later or create your own brokerage later on without the need to start all over again, that is why using your first name is the best option to create an identity which should be positioned throught a solid brand identity and marketing. Shape My idea was to combine the brand’s name NOE a unique symbol, the idea is to avoid a detailed graphic, at the same time it should be positioned in the real estate industry, after some brainstorming and sketching I found the perfect solution which was to extend the right side of the N consonant and represent a roof. Typography This was one of the most complex parts of the design process, finding the right typography wasn’t possible to achieve my goal, that is why I’ve decided to design it from scratch, the name NOE is perfect, short, simple and easy to remember, but when combining it with the tag line INTEGRITY MATTERS, it looks too tight, that is why I have increased the space between letters, which help us to achieve an elegant and balanced concept. Color The color was selected based on the keywords described in the questionnaire which are: integrity, expert, trust, efficiency and technology. In the next page you will find some examples that will give you an idea of how to use your brand in different formats. 2

Clear space To make sure the logo is always clearly recognizable it must be seen separate from any other visual elements such as pictures, graphics, text, headlines, etc., as well as the edge of a page or the edge of a photograph or illustration. The minimum space required must be equal to the height of the “N” logo symbol on each side of the logo. Logo color versions Principal logotype The official logo must be included on all external and internal marketing collateral, including print pieces, online ads, multimedia production and other media. This will help to establish the brand identity and clearly link any related service. Secundary Mark The secundary mark must be used on all applications were the space is limited or too small to use the Official logo, such as favicons, apps, etc. 5

You do not need to use every secondary color on a spread. At times you may choose to not use any secondary colors. They are only to help with visibility on a page when primary colors become too limiting.
