Asset Management
Asset under Construction revision
- check and revision of the list of acquired asset – acquisition date, value, data on purchase
order and supplier invoice, revision of information about recipient and delivery date
- preparation and collecting data for meetings with industrial engineering, production and
SCM department
- clarification and collecting data and missing details with colleagues to the final list
- check of the asset usage
o external tools used by suppliers - check of receipt in SAP and e-mail verification with
responsible purchaser
o production equipment, production lines, test rigs, racks for warehouse, building
investment – check of usage with local team and data collection
- preparation of final forms Completion of asset under construction
Searching for supplier invoices and purchase orders in SAP, e-mail communication with local and
group purchasers in order to collect necessary data for asset acquisition, leading of meetings for data
collection, data download from SAP, merging of databases, pivot tables.
Budget
- files preparation for meetings with managers on cost center level – overview of actual and
budget figures in current and previous year
- data input into SAP on level of accounts, cost centers, variable and fixed costs, activity based
costs and without activities
- check of entered data in SAP – download and check on detailed level and check of
summarized figures
Master products – costs comparison
- data download of different variants – budget/actual, group/local
- cost development check and explanations (reasons of cost change like price increase, change
of supplier, change of routings, change of Bill of Material)
- analysis was part of official monthly report of industrial company – Manufacturing Balanced
score card (BSC)
