AQUATIC COMPETENCE : SWIM AND SURVIVE
INTENSIVE COURSE
Skill of life: “Core Water Safety Skills” and “Core Water Competency”
This is an 18‐hour core program that offers practical training and understanding on important water
safety skill techniques. This program demonstrates the fast track processes for effective Aquatic
Competence skills and allows participants to acquired competencies in :
Level 1 – Beginners:
Personal Water Confidence And Aquatic Safety, Survival Skills, Aquatic Readiness
Skills.
Level 2 - Improvers:
Basic Swimming skill (BSE)
Level 3 - Advance:
Mastering Swimming skill(BS) – Swim and Survive Technique
