As largest German documentary film festival, and important platform for international
industry professionals, DOK Leipzig offers you many opportunities to appear as
sponsor in both segments - DOK Festival and DOK Industry. In 2008, DOK Leipzig
had almost 34,200 festival visitors and over 1,400 international professionals, visiting
industry events that took place in five cinemas and other venues in the centre of
Leipzig. Film prizes with an overall value of 71,500 Euro were awarded at the end of
the festival, and extensive feedback in TV, radio, online and the print media secured
DOK Leipzig and all its supporters recognition and popularity at domestic as well as
international level.
