This is an online portal to enable service providers and service consumers find
themselves through a moderated, easy- to-use online exchange. This is a marketplace for
professional services, spanning a wide range of categories, built for service-seekers and
providers.
The consumer, define your needs and post resulting jobs for free. The service provider, you
view, select and bid for posted jobs. For both sides, this exchange provides tools to help
manage all relevant interactions, from negotiations and vendor-selections, through
management of projects to bill-settlements.

In the User, there are 2 types of operations

If the admin need to add auser ,he can select the usertype and add all the details to create a
profile for them .The user will receive an email with the login credentials with the user can login to the
site .

15. 1) Service Provider:After the registration provider need the approval of the admin. An
email with a link to activate is send to the mail after activating the link; the user can login to the
account.
2) Consumer: After registration, an email with a link to activate is send to the mail .After
activating the link; the user can login to the account.

Create Job
Only the consumer can Post a job, they can post job by giving these details: Title, category, sub
category, Description, Start date, End date, Skills and Duration.

17. View Job
The posted job is displayed in the “All Jobs” menu in all users account and the “My Jobs” in the created
user account. For the manual closing of the project there is a “Close” button in that page.

18. For the consumer from the “All jobs “tab, they can view the job posted by the providers and bid the
project .There are two button in that page “Bid this Project “ and “Send message “

19. Clicking on “Bid this project “button will open a form to give the details to bid that project.
After bidding, the details will display in the “Myjobs “of the job owner account.

20. In the bid detail page, there is accept and decline button given for accepting and declining the bid .The
job owner can accept or decline the bid
After accepting the bid ,the bid details will display in the “Applied Job “ menu of the provider .
