significant improvement in performance, culminating in a Branch Manager position in
Brentwood. Whilst at Brentwood I was in charge of mystery shopping for the region.
Responsibilities include staff training, performance reviews and disciplinary actions,
management of payroll, store budget, stock management and general daily oversight
of merchandising and customer service. On my success at the Brentwood store I
was tasked to do the same at the Dalston store.

Sales advisor responsible for laundry and refrigeration. Consistently the top
performing salesman.

which subsequently won the top store award for selling guarantees. Posted to the
Crayford store as deputy manager as part of a new management teams to turn
around an underperforming store.
Currys July 1988 to October 1999
Various sales roles on joining the company. Promoted to deputy manager of the
Loughton store. Notable achievements include highest Christmas sales verses
target as Deputy Manager of Loughton.Twice nominated for a sales award attending
the annual DSG sales awards dinner.
