This document describes an e-learning platform called Doctrina that can be used to deliver educational content and messages to pharmacies and drugstores. In one year of use, Doctrina reached 9,000 users across 2,500 pharmacies through 15 successful campaigns. Users provided positive feedback on the short, targeted video modules and interactive format that allowed them to learn and provide feedback. Customers of Doctrina noted it provided an effective way to introduce new products and enrich communication with pharmacists in an interactive way compared to traditional one-way communication methods. The document promotes Doctrina as a way for companies to successfully deliver important messages and educational content to pharmacy customers.
