• The supervisor order the vehicle to reach loading point for load. On
completion of load vehicle will move for loading point to petrol pump for
fueling

• All relevant information relates to the vehicle will be forwarded to the
designated personal designated personal destination. Further supervisor
at origin will request the person deputed at destination to plan and get
backload ready

to 10 hours

• Driver will reaching destination to unload the vehicle and incase of any
delay he will call supervisor at origin to get the vehicle unload ASAP.

• After unloading the vehicle will move to the loading point for backload in
coordination with supervisor designated at point of destination.

• Vehicle loading the backload will move before reaching back the driver
will inform supervisor about reaching time. And as policy the supervisor
at backload will inform supervisor at destination for the load vice versa.
• On completion of RT the supervisor will handover all supporting docs to
back office for recording and filing.
