The document discusses how developing good habits can lead to a brilliant future. It states that our habits, both physical and mental, largely define who we are and how our lives turn out. The author then lists over 30 positive habits that could be cultivated, such as waking up early, exercising regularly, spending time with friends and family, reading daily, pursuing passions, and focusing on controlling what you can in life while accepting what you can't. He encourages the reader to think about their own life-improving habits and shares how developing excellent habits has helped him to live well.

Dearest Darling Readers,
Our life is a set of habits we have cultivated in our lifetime. We
have learnt how to do things by doing them hundreds of times.
How to walk, how to talk, how to behave, how to calculate, how
to eat, how to decide, when to wake up, when to sleep are all
habits that we have learnt.
Some researchers say, over 80% of what we do is a product
of our habits. Some people say, do anything over a 1000
times and it will be very very natural to you. That’s habit!
While our body learns how to do things as a habit, how we
think is a habit that is even more crucial, isn’t it?
I would dare to say, “We are our Habits”.
If you want to change your life, all you need to do is to develop a few excellent habits.
The biggest thing that holds us back in life are ‘some’ useless life style habits and / or, ‘thinking’ habits.
To hell with the past! Do you want a brilliant future? Lets go all out and develop a few excellent habits.
Like what?
How about these habits….
Wake up early (5 am) and sleep latest by (11.00 pm).
Exercise at least 4 times a week
Eat healthy food 80% of the times
Eat dinner latest by 8 pm
When you meet people, be the first to smile
Focus on what is in your control, accept that which is not in your control
Read good stuff for 15 minutes everyday
Appreciate one person everyday (not the same person….)

Believe in yourself
Prepare to win
Save enough money
Win before you begin (in your mind)
Believe in an amazing future. Work towards it

Dont sleep for more than 7 hours

Be fair to others. Always.
Relax as you work
Pray for others
Contribute more than you take; in every relationship.
Have some (15 minutes) personal time everyday.
The above is not an exhaustive list. It is just a small list that I typed out as I wrote. It is habits that I live by.
These are the habits that help me to live well.
My darling friends, I would love to know about YOUR habits that help you to do well in your life. Would love to
learn from each one of you. Waiting to hear from you.
