2. The concept is an iPad application that allows users to organize and plan
out big group projects ahead of time. "
"
It also allows user to track the progress on their current project, and any

4. Initial Ideas/Concepts
-The "Room Within A Room"
The perfect workspace
-The Tech Assistant (Web App)
Help newbies learn new softwares
-Time Helper
Track printer status and organize
projects
5. Concept Consolidation
We decided to go with the idea that was most practical and we could
actually design efficiently: The planning and tracking app.
"
We refined it to have more than just dates and tracking a 3D print; we
included connecting to each group member for best communication,
and full online access to the lab
7. Evaluation
The paper prototypes focused on the
path from the home page to the last
page, rather than the specific design of
the pages. It only had a basic outline of
the pages.
"
"
"
The feedback was positive,
with suggestions on ordering
of pages and the addition
of tutorials in the help page
8. Prototype refinement
The new prototype eliminated an opening page, and completely
remade the home page, complete with a timeline and deadline details.
