DEREK CHUM CEO and Director Amisk Kodim Corporation Derek is a member of the Moose Cree First Nation and currently works for three of their companies. Prior to working in the community he practiced corporate/commercial law for 11 years. His practice largely focused on commercial work for First Nations as his personal goal is to assist with economic growth for First Nations people. Over the years he has had the privilege of serving on various volunteer boards in Toronto in areas related to the arts, affordable housing and legal aid. IAN CLARKE FCPA, FCA, ICD.D Chief Financial Officer Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment A values oriented strategic and financial business leader with more than 30 years of general business, sports & entertainment experience. As part of the executive team of MLSE that tripled enterprise value in less than 10 years, he was responsible for the successful acquisition and development of TFC, BMO Field and Maple Leaf Square. DEBORAH CLOSE President, Production Services Tervita Corporation Deborah is a member of the Board of Directors of Descartes Systems Group, a global leader in logistics software, where she serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees. Previously, she was a Division President for Tervita Corporation, a $5 billion private company delivering environmental and energy services to industrial clients. He is accountable for finance, enterprise risk management, information technology, and corporate administration working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to modernize and transform the corporation. She is also member of the Bar of Paris. She has a knowledge of international business mechanism and strong experience in project structuring and financing. She is familiar with emerging and European markets. She has been on not-for-profit boards, including lately FINCA (advisory). ROSE MARIE GAGE Chief Executive Officer Ag Energy Co-operative Ltd. Rose currently serves as the CEO for Ag Energy Co-operative Ltd. She has held a number of C-suite roles over the past 11 years. Her career is an eclectic blend of experiences, whether it is co-operative leadership or roles with multi-national conglomerates as a member of the Canadian executive team. SUZANNE GOUIN Corporate Director Hydro Quebec Suzanne is a seasoned executive with over 30 years’ experience in the media industry (13 years as CEO) and board member of various organizations and companies operating mostly in a regulated environment. She graduated from the Institute of Corporate Directors in 2008, with an in-depth knowledge of Strategic planning, Governance, Digital Transformation, Risk Assessment, Reorganization, Human Resources (compensation and labour relations).

WENDY HANNAM Corporate Director Encore Capital Group Wendy is an accomplished financial services executive with over 30 years’ experience, in Canada and Latin America, in business line management, credit risk and retail banking strategy. She currently serves on the board of Encore Capital Group, a US public company, and the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. She previously served on the board of the Ombudsman for Banking and Investment Services. Wendy holds the ICD.D designation. WILLIAM HATANAKA Corporate Director Bill serves as the non-Executive Chair of NGX Inc., a provider of electronic trading, central counterparty clearing and data services to North American natural gas and electricity markets.
