Linda is an accomplished Executive and Director with over 30 years in the professional
accounting and financial services industries, at EY and BMO, respectively. She is an experienced
senior leader with expertise in governance, strategy, regulatory compliance, financial reporting,
and risk. She currently serves on the Boards, Audit Committees and acts as Chair of the Risk
Committees for a public company, Currency Exchange International, (TSX: CXI), and its
Canadian subsidiary, which has applied to become a Schedule I Bank.
