Equality Act 2010
This law was created to ensure that everyone has an
equal opportunities. This new law replaced the Race
Relations Act 1976 and Disability Discrimination Act 1995.
Things that are included:
Age
Disability
Gender
Race
Religion
Sex
Sexual
orientation
Age
Ensure everyone has an equal opportunity
Harassment
Harassment is unwanted
behavior or conduct based on
a person difference which can
be considered as offensive.
Companies will not tolerate
any type of harassment, in any
case they will be dealt with
immediately.
