The Equality Act 2010 replaced previous laws and ensures equal opportunities for all regardless of age, disability, gender, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation. It prohibits harassment in the workplace, which is defined as unwanted conduct based on differences that could be considered offensive. Apprentices who experience harassment issues should contact their trainer.

3. Harassment
Harassment is unwanted
behavior or conduct based on
a person difference which can
be considered as offensive.
Companies will not tolerate
any type of harassment, in any
case they will be dealt with
immediately.
