• AMBULANCE MOVEMENT
• Parking of ambulances should be in front of the LMO plant.
• Other veh parking should be at the space between the pers lines.
• QRMT
• Med offr should give an initial priority to all patients.
• Initial case sheet should be written in a format as in case of field scenarios.
• Loading and unloading should be as per the laid-down drill.
• Motorola sets should be used for communication.

4. DISASTER DRILL : OBSERVATIONS
• RECEPTION
• Should be re-located to the front gate of the C2 ward.
• Clk/Skt present should have identification rings/ tags for proper numbering/ identification of the cas.
• Clk/Skt should have a control-item box for keeping of the control items with tags.
• TRIAGE
• Triage area to be re-located from the side corridor to after the entry from main-gate.
• Two beds with monitor to be placed for initial assessment of the priority assigned.
• The priority can be changed depending upon the condition of the cas.
5. DISASTER DRILL : OBSERVATIONS
• RED-ZONE
• It should be next to the triage area.
• Minimum of 10 beds to be laid out.
• 04 Ventilators to be kept ready.
• The brick earmarked for the red-zone was delayed.
• Lab Assistant should be taking blood for investigations as per the present ICU protocol.
• All patients with h/o trauma to receive Inj Omnatax 2gm iv, Inj Voveran 75 mg im, Inj TT 0.5 mL im and IV
Fluid RL 01 Litre as initial protocol.
• YELLOW-ZONE & GREEN-ZONE
• Req to move 04 additional multi-para monitors.
• The earmarked bricks movement was delayed to both the wards.
6. • MISCELLANEOUS
• The existing ramp from the main road to the C@ ward front entry needs to be levelled.
• Additional 02 more ramps to be made.
• There should be one-way traffic on the road.
• Proper sign-posting of the entry and exit doors.
• Dedicated Army tele line and intercom facility.
• Catering JCO and provisioning of tea and refreshments to the relatives.
