The pink dolphin lives in the rivers of the Amazon rainforest. It has adapted physically to live in these murky rivers, with a long beak to catch prey, small eyes to see better in muddy water, and a flexible body that allows it to swim fast. Though the reason for their pink color is unknown, theories include it being an adaptation to river life or their close capillaries. They face threats from fishing, pollution, and hunting for body parts.

This document defines key terms used in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife and Biodiversity (Protection, Preservation, Conservation and Management) Act 2015. It defines over 50 terms related to wildlife, biodiversity, protected areas, licenses and permits. It also outlines the aims and objects of the act, which are to strengthen wildlife administration, holistically manage protected areas, secure benefits for local communities, fulfill international agreements, promote awareness, and conserve biodiversity through sustainable use and community participation. It establishes the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife and Biodiversity Board to advise the government on wildlife policy and oversee the fund.
This document summarizes various bird species found in Pakistan, including the Chukar partridge, Grebes, Procellariids like petrels, Storm petrels, Sulids like gannets and boobies, Darters, Grey pelicans, Flamingos, Kalij pheasants, Pigeons and doves, owls like the baron owl, and barbets. It provides information on their taxonomic classification and key characteristics.
The document discusses various characteristics of creatures that live in the sea, including their size, color, movement, and food gathering methods. It describes how creatures can range from very small, like krill, to large, like blue whales. Their colors include pink, blue, black, and multicolored. They move through swimming, jumping, crawling, and jet propulsion. To find food, some are poisonous, camouflaged, filter feeders, or scavengers. The ocean contains a diverse variety of living things.
Squirrels are small, rodent-like animals found across Asia, Europe, Africa, and America. They have slender bodies, bushy tails, large eyes, and soft fur that varies in color between species. Squirrels build nests of branches and leaves in trees and feed on nuts, fruits, eggs, and other foods to meet their nutritional needs. They breed once or twice a year and mothers care for their young until they are 10 weeks old, with lifespans ranging from 10 to 20 years.
The document discusses the legend of the Loch Ness Monster, a mythical sea creature said to inhabit Loch Ness in Scotland. It provides background on sea monsters in general and describes several reported sightings of the Loch Ness Monster throughout history. While some evidence, like photos and sonar readings, seem to support its existence, other reports have been fraudulent or misinterpreted natural phenomena. The document concludes that it is difficult to make a definite determination either way due to inconclusive evidence from limited expeditions over the years.
Poaching involves illegally hunting, killing, or capturing animals. It is common in developing countries and leads to species extinction. Animals are poached for their hides, meats, bones, and other body parts, which are sold and used for clothing, jewelry, food, and traditional medicines. The most commonly poached animals are elephants, rhinoceros, leopards, tigers, lions, and pandas. Their tusks, horns, skins, and other parts fetch high prices on the black market. Efforts to stop poaching include deterring poachers, increasing anti-poaching patrols, and enforcing strong domestic and international laws against the practice.
The document summarizes the evolution and taxonomy of modern rhinoceros species. It describes the first rhinos appearing in Eurasia in the late Eocene, with pig-sized Menoceras having two side-by-side horns. Modern rhinos are thought to have dispersed from Europe and Asia during the Miocene. The two living African rhino species can be traced to the late Miocene 6 million year old Ceratotherium neumayri. There are five living rhino species described in detail, along with their distinguishing characteristics and population statuses. Rhino horns only consist of keratin and have been historically used for traditional medicines and dagger handles, though beliefs in their medical properties are unfounded.
The document provides installation instructions for the Aruba 3000 Multi-Service Mobility Controller Series, including an overview of the hardware, pre-installation requirements, and steps for physical installation in a rack or as a tabletop device. It describes the front and rear views of the controllers, ports, LED indicators, and includes specifications.

vitet 1970.
3. Etimologjia
Termi anglisht Dinosaur u zyrtarizua në
vitin 1842 nga Richard Owen paleontolog anglez.
Termi rrjedh nga fjalët greke δεινός
dhe σαύρα.
Owen.
Si rezultat përkufizimit në grupin e dinozaurëve,
përfshihen
edhe theropodët, sauropodomorfët, ankylosaurianët, ste
gosaurianët, ceratopsianët dheornitopodët. Këto
kuptime kanë për qëllim parandalimin e konfuzioneve
rreth asaj që do të thotë "dinozaur" .
