You choose when & where
It’s Easy!
Dine at any one of the eligible restaurants (U.S. or Canada) and/
or see a movie at ANY movie theater, either on the same day, OR
on separate occasions…and get reimbursed for up to $30!
Simply send in the reimbursement card(s) along with the original
restaurant receipt and 1 or 2 movie theater ticket stub(s) and a
check(s) will be sent to you within 30-60 days. Must be post-
marked within 10 days of date on receipt of stubs.
To ensure that reimbursements are administered with
the highest integrity, funds are escrowed with and
administered by an independent third party,
First American Title Insurance Company.
Your envelope must be postmarked within 10 days of purchase
date on receipt/movie stub(s).
The maximum reimbursement value per card is $15.00 (U.S.).
Original receipts under $15.00 will be fulfilled at face value. Only
one reimbursement card per receipt or ticket stub(s) allowed.
