foundation of a Digital Transformation program with the aim to drive digital consistency and expertise

Your team that is responsible to enable markets to work with data and information related to our clients’
digital performance and customer insights. The team is focused on fact-based decision making and
optimizing marketing and sales efforts. You will report to the Director of the team. Day-to-day operations
will be supervised by a Senior Manager. The position is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Your responsibilities
As Digital Marketing Campaign Optimization Analyst you will be responsible for optimizing integrated,
multi-touch digital campaigns while the campaigns are running. You will be coaching business digital
analysts in the markets and business groups on how to use the dashboard and data available, to optimize
the campaign to increase the sales of the campaigns.
The responsibilities include:
• Manage digital media optimization of campaigns from strategic ideation through execution with a
focus on measurement and analytics and campaign execution.
• Closely collaborate with consultancy team and Digital Analytics team to translate campaign
results from dashboard into actionable insights and optimizations
• Closely monitor campaign activities to identify actionable optimization decisions including creative
rotation, channel/partner selection, site optimization and conversion performance. Be the
performance eyes and ears for in-market activity with a voracious focus on continuous
performance improvement.
• Present optimization framework and explain the optimization levers and options to business
stakeholders.
• Guide and coach the business digital analysts in the markets and BG on how to use the
dashboard, analyze data, make optimization recommendations and follow up on implementation.
• Consult local markets on optimization levers and support them in execution thereof
• Gather and provide information to stakeholders on project status, escalating issues, and ensuring
projects are on track with timelines, deliverables, and adhere to our brand standards and strategic
goals.
• Support coordination among your department, Business Groups and local markets; working on
multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns
• Support Sr. Digital Analytics Manager in collecting learnings & requirements for capability building
across the company
2. • Maintain documentation, such as status documents, distribution list, campaign optimization
executions and performance
We are looking for
Our client is looking for a skilled digital professional with the following profile:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field of study.
• Minimum 4 years of digital media experience working at a media agency, agency trading desks,
or in house digital marketing/ digital campaign / digital analytics team
• You have extensive experience in campaign optimization and solid knowledge of Digital
Marketing, Digital Analytics, and digital metrics and KPIs; Digital Marketing Channels include
Display (Programmatic), Search, Social, CRM, and Online Video.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in conducting analysis of Digital campaign
performance.
• Knowledge of multi-channel marketing technologies, principles, processes, and best practices.
• Extensive experience with monitoring and optimizing digital, social and mobile data (web, e-
commerce, e-trade) activities.
• Experience with presentation and communication (written and verbal) of insights and optimization
recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Ability to understand/enhance/design optimization framework and present this to business
stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the following systems preferred: Adobe Analytics Suite (Omniture), DoubleClick
DFA, Marin software, social listening platforms.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills and extreme attention
to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively. Job will
require prioritizing and coordinating many moving pieces and multiple projects at the same time in
a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Self-motivated and ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
