Google launched its new conversational AI system Bard in February 2023 to compete with ChatGPT. However, Bard made a fatal error in misrepresenting information about a telescope used to capture the first images of a planet outside our solar system. This caused Google's parent company Alphabet to lose $100 billion in market share. The author believes Bard has potential to surpass ChatGPT in the future due to access to more up-to-date online information and use of stronger dialogue applications. Conversational bots will be widely implemented by businesses to handle different situations and could become the dominant form of digital marketing for decades to come.

MY POINT OF VIEW
I believe that Bard has the
possibility to surpass Chatgpt in
the future. Here are my reasons:
• Bard has access to
information online means it
has latest data.
• Bard uses LaMDA dialogue
applications that are much
stronger and will generate
more texts.

5. The Future
Without any doubts that more
and more companies will
appreciate the value of the
development of chatbot, and I
believe Google being the first
few companies who invested in
OpenAI has gained a significant
advantage amongst its
competitors. In my opinion, it
will be the new trend very
quickly and create massive
opportunities in digital
marketing
