This document discusses the creation of a web-based genealogical network to track the connections between choreographers, their teachers, students, collaborators and influences. It will use the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) platform to power a dynamic website. The front-end will have an attractive and responsive user interface built with HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, Foundation and Bootstrap for consistency across devices. The goal is to create a global resource for researching choreographic lineages and relationships.

Importance of User Experience (UX)
• User Experience (UX) and its design is crucial for webpages
and has business value by itself
• Giving user a smooth and positive experience will
significantly impact their chances of returning to the website
• Users will pay more for a product that preforms exceptionally
• Foundation & Bootstrap, CSS frameworks used to simplify
front end work.
