 The purpose of Online Food Ordering System is to automate the
existing manual system by the help of computerized equipment’s and
full-fledged computer software, fulfilling their requirements, so that
their valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period with
easy accessing and manipulation of the same. The required software
and hardware are easily available and easy to work with.
 Online Food Ordering System, as described above, can lead to error
free, secure, reliable and fast management system. It can assist the
user to concentrate on their other activities rather to concentrate on
the record keeping. Thus it will help organization in better utilization of
resources. The organization can maintain computerized records
without redundant entries. That means that one need not be distracted
by information that is not relevant, while being able to reach the
information.
1. ABSTRACT
 The aim is to automate its existing manual system by the help of
computerized equipment’s and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling

Basically the project describes how to manage for good performance and
better services for the clients.
 The "Online Food Ordering System" has been developed to override the
problems prevailing in the practicing manual system. This software is supported
to eliminate and, in some cases, reduce the hardships faced by this existing
system. Moreover, this system is designed for the particular need of the
company to carry out operations in a smooth and effective manner.
 The application is reduced as much as possible to avoid errors while entering
the data. It also provides error message while entering invalid data. No formal
knowledge is needed for the user to use this system. Thus, by this all it proves it
is user-friendly.
 Online Food Ordering System, as described above, can lead to error free, secure,
reliable and fast management system. It can assist the user to concentrate on
their other activities rather to concentrate on the record keeping. Thus, it will
help organization in better utilization of resources.

 The main objective of the Project on Online Food Ordering System is to
manage the details of Food Item, Category, Customer, Order, Confirm
Order.
 It manages all the information about Food Item, Payment, Confirm
Order, Food Item.
 The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the
administrator is guaranteed the access.
 The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce
the manual work for managing the Food Item, Category, Payment,
Customer.
 It tracks all the details about the Customer, Order, Confirm Order.

In the existing system the exams are done only manually but in
proposed system we have to computerize the exams using this
application.
 Lack of security of data.
 More man power.
 Time consuming.
 Consumes large volume of pare work.
 Needs manual calculations.
 No direct role for the higher officials.
 Data can be visible only to specific owner.
 Not supported for data sharing.
 Not existed with higher security.

The aim of proposed system is to develop a system of improved facilities.
The proposed system can overcome all the limitations of the existing
system. The system provides proper security and reduces the manual
work.

 Ensure data accuracy’s.
 Proper control of the higher officials.
 Minimize manual data entry.
 Minimum time needed for the various processing.
 Greater efficiency.
 Better service.
 User friendliness and interactive.
 Minimum time required.
 Data-centric solution with data protection for the
Cloud Service Provider to be unable to access it.
 Authorization rules where under the control of the
data owner.
 Access control computation delegated to the Cloud
storage providers, but being unable to grant access
to unauthorized parties.

 This system will help saloons to pitch their business underneath
their space to expand their everyday business.
 This project also helps local vendors to show their presence
globally on the internet and server their customers with their
art.
 In the salon and beauty industry, the ONLINE RESERVATION
SYSTEM is suitable for use to reduce customer waiting time and
experience a hassle-free environment.
 The proposed system seems to be far better and efficient in
terms of technology and integration point of view.
 Application is easy to use, time saving and efficient to give
service to the clients of salon.
 The system is useful to both owner and customer which is
electonics storage of all required data.
 The security in salon management system can be maintained by
using small camera.
 The system can use battery backup when there is no power
supply.
 For users authentications the password system can be
implemented. Instead of keyboard, touch screen can be
implemented.
 The system is real time system which does not require human
efforts in calculating bills and maintain customer details.
