This document provides a template for logging media consumption over the course of a week. The table includes columns to record the date, duration of consumption, title and type of media, whether it is from the publishing, audio/visual, or interactive sector, the device used, and whether the media was consumed individually or with others. The sample entries show a student logging their use of YouTube, Xbox, and TV for entertainment and gaming purposes on various days using phones, Xbox, and TV as devices mostly for individual consumption.
