13. Saat-saat terakhir (last eight days) sebelum diserang sakit jantung.... Passed away on early morning of 29th May 1973, Tuesday at the age of 44. It's been almost 30 years since he passed away

14. HIS LAST VERSE :- Saloma (P. Ramlee’s wife) was suddenly awaken from her deep sleep by P. Ramlee. &quot;Sally, badan I rasa sejuk betul, tutuplah air condition&quot; said P. Ramlee with pain written all over his face. She switched off the air condition immediately and placed her palm on his body. It felt cold. She looked at him feeling concerned …. and worried. &quot;Nampaknya you sakit daddy. I panggilkan doktor&quot; she said. &quot;No…no…tak apalah, sekejap lagi baiklah&quot; he said, not wanting to worry his wife. His condition worsened in no time. He started gasping for his breath and massaged his chest hoping that the pain will go away, which never did. Feeling totally helpless and unprepared, she rushed to the telephone and called for an ambulance. He grabbed his chest harder and reached for his wife. &quot;Sally, I nak kena heart attack…I mesti mati…sekejap lagi I mesti mati…&quot; he said in between gasping for breath, which became further and death became nearer. He clung onto his wife tightly. With his last breath he uttered the words &quot;LA ILLAH HA ILLALLAH …MUHAMADA RASULLAH…&quot;
