Warehousing is also limited and client orders are random, creating inefficiencies. To address these issues, SUN Business Network conducted a field study and developed a central information management platform called "DIAL-A-LOAD" to share truck space more efficiently, reduce lead times, and improve market outreach, helping to lower costs for food processors, transporters, retailers, and consumers.
