6. Mobile CLI Presentation
With improvements in customer contact rates provided through the use of CLI
Localisation, Dial Sure customers also have the option of using a mobile CLI for
presentation purposes.
Unsurprisingly, the use of a mobile number as the presentation
CLI has also generated significant increases in contact rates.
Dial Sure may ONLY be configured to present an 07 number
when calling a mobile phone. It is not possible to present a
mobile number to a call made to a landline number.
Dial Sure mobile numbers provide full return call capability
to ensure that missed callers are directed to the
appropriate call centre or campaign that originated the call.
