 Project Name - Improve Deliverables Process Documentation - Hyper knowledge
This project was done in Pune, Centre of Excellence (CoE) to improve the percentage
deliverables documented on Hyperknowledge and ensure quality of mapping i.e. all deliverables
have identified tasks and are mapped to potential Hyperknowledge documents. As a result
deliverables documented on Hyperknowledge rose from 40% to 100%
 Hyperknowledge Remediation Project - Performed remediation project in the central
repository to clear and close all the gaps occurred in the process lists. 100% conformance
achieved
 Consolidation of Processes – Process improvement initiative to consolidate similar processes
which were similar or were deployed in phases in Pune. This was done to reduce the number of
processes eventually reducing the effort and time in maintaining them on a periodic basis
resulting in saving of about 35hrs of work with a reduction of about 75 processes in Zurich
region. This project was replicated for global processes.
 Increase of Survey Response Rate – A project to increase the customer satisfaction survey
response rate. The project scope includes base lining the response rate, identify hurdles and
implement ideas to improve the response rate. Achieved 10% increase in survey response.
 Human Resources Knowledge Management Project – A project to standardise HR content
and link the content to HR portal. Executed the Content Management System implementation

As a result deliverables documented on Hyperknowledge rose from 40% to 100%  Hyperknowledge Remediation Project - Performed remediation project in the central repository to clear and close all the gaps occurred in the process lists. 100% conformance achieved  Consolidation of Processes – Process improvement initiative to consolidate similar processes which were similar or were deployed in phases in Pune. This was done to reduce the number of processes eventually reducing the effort and time in maintaining them on a periodic basis resulting in saving of about 35hrs of work with a reduction of about 75 processes in Zurich region. This project was replicated for global processes.  Increase of Survey Response Rate – A project to increase the customer satisfaction survey response rate. The project scope includes base lining the response rate, identify hurdles and implement ideas to improve the response rate.
