9. Operation features:
• Leave pallet
Put the pallet with a truck on the shuttle rails.
With the “leave pallet” function, the shuttle
takes the pallet and moves it in until it reaches
the next free position in the channel and drops
the pallet.
By choice the pallets could be placed with- or
without a gap
10. Operation features :
• Auto leave pallet
Like function “leave pallet”, but now the
shuttle keeps on bringing pallets in channel in
repetition, until the channel is partly or
complete filled.
Note: truck detection required to avoid
collision between truck forks and the lifting
shuttle.

• Collect pallet
The shuttle goes in the channel from the truck-
side and collects the first reached pallet in the
channel and brings it to the home position.

• Auto-Collect
Like “Collect pallet” but the shuttle keeps
collecting until the channel is empty.
If the pallet in the home position is not
collected by the forklift truck, the shuttle will
wait behind this pallet.
When the channel is empty the shuttle will go
into parking mode and leaves the “auto
collect” mode

• Collect number of pallets
Like “Auto -Collect pallet” but the shuttle
keeps collecting until a submitted number of
pallets in a channel has been reached.

• Change side
(“FiFo” principle)
By changing side, it is possible to change the
control from the A-side to the B-side of the
shuttle.
All commands can be submitted from the B-
side now.
With this feature, the First In - First Out
principle is possible.

• Packing function
With the Pack function, it is possible to move
the pallets to the collecting side.
This is possible from A to B side in a FiFo
system as well as from the to the A side in a
LiFo system.

In the manual control mode it
is possible to drive or lift the
shuttle manually with the
remote control.
Note: only used in case of emergency

Blinks when the battery capacity is under
30%. Battery should be recharged soon
• Battery Alarm
Burns when the battery capacity is under
25%
Shuttle will return to home position and
further operation is ignored. Battery
should be recharged immediately.
