Eagle Ranch – Eagle, Colorado
Eagle Ranch is a master-planned community developed by Wright and Company and
East West Partners. The 1,380 residence community was developed under “new-
urbanism” design principles and includes traditional neighborhood and golf and open
space oriented residences. In addition to a championship golf course, over half the
1,800 acres was preserved as open space. Eagle Ranch is 30 minutes west of Vail,
Colorado and has been one of the fastest growing communities on the western-slope,
appealing to locals and second homeowners who appreciate the small town charm, sense
of community, and abundant access to open space and amenities of Eagle Ranch.
