The scheme committee comes together to determine the knowledge, personal attributes and skills an individual must  demonstrate  to be deemed competent. _industry
The committee convenes face to face one two occasions to discuss, agree and document the certification requirements Draft V1 is developed at conclusion meeting 1 V1 outlines examination of any applicable knowledge,  skills and attributes Review of documentation is completed electronically Draft V2 is compiled from comments of V1 Committee convenes to approve V2 and discuss roll out, launch, training  and support of the certification product _industry

Where these requirements become part of the certification scheme requirements, technical experts may be called upon to assist in the assessment and confirmation of competency.
