This document presents two opposing viewpoints on whether one should bow to their creator. The "YES!" viewpoint argues that ancient monotheism, ancient Israel, the Bible, and fundamentalism support bowing to a personal sovereign creator who is distinct from nature and holds ultimate responsibility. The "NO!" viewpoint argues that ancient myths, eastern religions, western philosophy, and modern theology support an impersonal fate or chance and see humanity as ultimately victimized with a continuity between nature, gods, and humanity through transmutation and evolution.
