This document outlines competencies for several global competency models including global mindset, social responsibility, entrepreneurial outlook, proactive learning, and emotional intelligence. For each competency area, general competencies are described at a high level. For example, for global mindset the document lists competencies like taking an active interest in other cultures, seeking diverse opinions, and showing flexibility towards differences. For social responsibility it includes competencies like responsible decision making and systematic thinking. And for entrepreneurial outlook it lists competencies such as capitalizing on challenges and opportunities and achieving results through effective management.
