This document outlines the process for designing a user experience for campus communities which included interviews, workshops, prototyping, and co-creation sessions. Researchers examined the differences between an automotive campus in the Netherlands and Silicon Valley in terms of talent, technology, and tolerance. A storyply workshop introduced Ronald, an automotive engineer, and his goals of balancing career and family. Participants then worked to construct scenarios for Ronald's life before and after an intervention. This led to the development of a modular prototype and concept for open-ended discussions to understand needs for new knowledge.
