Group 9 presented their design thinking process to make class sessions more interactive. They identified key stakeholders, created an empathy map and customer journey map. Ideas that emerged included role plays, debates, mobile polling and uploading presentations publicly. Their concept was an app called "Re-Edu" that would facilitate debates, role plays and interactions in class to reduce weariness and increase practical learning through competition and innovation. They prototyped the app to enable role plays and interactions to engage students.
