DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
Innovation. Simplicity. Elegance.
Innovation is the core value of the company. You strive to create
trendsetting, out-of-the-box solutions that break new ground. If you allowed
me to become a part of your company We together will don’t just design, we
will invent.
Yet, innovation should not be for innovation’s sake - we together are driven to
find solutions to real, everyday problems and come up with solutions that are
simple, practical and elegant.
We believe that form should follow function, and designs should honestly
reflect what that is.
Specify the Goal
You will create an action plan for each of your goals. So start by specifying
your first goal.
Outline the How
➢ Next, together we will outline the process necessary for completing
your goals, or the actions we will take to complete it. Let’s say our goals are
to speak at a popular event in our. This part of outline of our goals and
present our company to the aircraft industry will be mine. I've spoken at an
events before and attend many of them. Our action steps would likely
include…
➢ review speeches from others in our industry, preferably ones from the
previous year’s event.
➢ Watching talks about your industry. Or any talks for that matter, because
they are always really inspiring and awesome.
➢ Choosing three to five speeches that are your absolute favorite in the
inspiration category.
➢ Creating a presentation topic for the events i've done that already
➢ Submitting a presentation topic to the event.
➢ Developing media for our speech including slides, handouts, etc.
➢ The more detailed our action steps are, the more likely we are to
complete them.
Define the Resources
While creating our action steps, we likely going to find that you need
resources to complete them. In the above example, those resources would be
the speeches I watched for inspiration, make few presentations at buyers and
customers. We are the best what we doing, we proof ourselves / our
manufacturers and our customers over and over again.
Create the Timetable
Each of the action steps i listed as part of the process towards achieving our
goals should be linked to a due date – I understand that after our phone
conversation you are doing your best. But sooner or later the date have to
be set. We have to Make sure everything is aligned with “a date” so we don’t
get off track and have a setback that could cost us the fulfillment of your
goal.
Determine the Who
We all have to remember and recognize that Know ing someone who can hold
us accountable for our goals can really motivate us toward achieving it. In
our long experience with many Customers it is No matter who we choose, it is
a matter how many. We have to create a circle as big as possible of your
closest and best Customers make sure to let them know our action steps and
when each is due, and encourage them to follow up with our progress.
Track the Progress
Speaking of progress, we have to make sure to track your progress for
yourself, even if you don’t have anyone who will be checking in on us. We will
have to Set reminders on specific due dates so that we know we are on track.
Last thing you want to do is fear the due date – look at it as a source of
motivation, and reward yourself each time you complete an action step
towards your overall goal.
Don’t reward yourself with slack off time though – you don’t want to
celebrate one completion for so long that you delay another.
Use a Template
When it comes to development action plans, there are tons upon tons of
templates out there that we can use to craft yours. We did that already and it
always worked. But this will be include in separate form.
