1. - Prop 1 – Hairdressing Equipment – Typical salons involve the use of
brushes, scissors, razors etc. but also other things such as hair
products, rollers, towels, nail files, finding these will mean the cast are
able to make the salon become more realistic.
- Prop 2 – Shelving – finding shelving that we can place in view of the
audience and place the props on so that even if they aren’t used the
audience can still see them; this adds to the realism of the play.
- Prop 3 – beaded curtain – this will be used for Claudia Abuela’s door to
add depth and offer a hint to the audience towards her character as
the wise matriarch of the Barrio district that the play is set in.
