“what is design?”
“what is design thinking?”
“i want to be more creative.”
“what we need is innovation.”
the way we see it,
Design is a Second Language.
it takes time and practice,
and the journey is as important as the
            destination.
design is a language we practice ourselves.
it’s also a language we teach others.
we love honing our own voice,
crafting our own accents,
and working with people that speak design, as
well as all sorts of other languages.
Our practice involves three buckets:
we make beautiful things,
we cull and highlight the work of others,
and, we teach our methods.
actively, we fill our time by filling each bucket,
while paying attention to the binding agents.
we seek the most brilliant collaborators,
and are mindful to take projects their distance.
We are Parallel Design Labs.
Design is our Second Language.
