MICHELLE SCOTT DESIGN, LLC. – Corporate IdentitiesMichelle Scott
My twenty plus years of graphic and environmental design experience has awarded me several rewarding identity projects that were viewed all over the world and have enhanced my knowledge of corporate identities. A few of these projects completed as senior designer at Copeland Hirthler Design: 1996 Atlanta Centennial Olympic Games Look of the Games Standards Manual (lead designer); 1996 Paralympic Games Standards Manual; CNN Center 1996 Olympic Presence; Chick-fil-A Standards Manual; Schweitzer-Mauduit Annual Report (winning top 10 AR Black Book). Since my employment with Copeland Hirthler Design I have been working as a freelance designer and have been fortunate to continue identity/branding, environmental design (credit: Huie Design), website template design as well as print.

Given the current information about the operations we will be making some changes. There are 3 bottlenecks and we have 5 extra workers. Your goal is to get all the operations done with 7 people all working at 70 percent efficiency. In other words, all working below 40 seconds.
The first thing to do is to fix the bottlenecks. Number 7 is the biggest bottleneck. To fix this worker 7 will give 20.6 seconds of their work to worker 12.
The other bottleneck is worker number 4. 7.8 seconds of their work will go to worker number 6.
The last bottleneck is worker number 10. 9.3 seconds of worker 10's time will go to worker 2. Worker number 2 will also to the job of worker 8. This eliminates worker 8.
The remaining workers are numbers 1, 3, ...

Transforming Brand Perception and Boosting Profitabilityaaryangarg12
In today's digital era, the dynamics of brand perception, consumer behavior, and profitability have been profoundly reshaped by the synergy of branding, social media, and website design. This research paper investigates the transformative power of these elements in influencing how individuals perceive brands and products and how this transformation can be harnessed to drive sales and profitability for businesses.
Through an exploration of brand psychology and consumer behavior, this study sheds light on the intricate ways in which effective branding strategies, strategic social media engagement, and user-centric website design contribute to altering consumers' perceptions. We delve into the principles that underlie successful brand transformations, examining how visual identity, messaging, and storytelling can captivate and resonate with target audiences.
Methodologically, this research employs a comprehensive approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses. Real-world case studies illustrate the impact of branding, social media campaigns, and website redesigns on consumer perception, sales figures, and profitability. We assess the various metrics, including brand awareness, customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth, to measure the effectiveness of these strategies.
The results underscore the pivotal role of cohesive branding, social media influence, and website usability in shaping positive brand perceptions, influencing consumer decisions, and ultimately bolstering sales and profitability. This paper provides actionable insights and strategic recommendations for businesses seeking to leverage branding, social media, and website design as potent tools to enhance their market position and financial success.
