14. INITIAL REQUIREMENTS
For Initial stage of Delhi Naturopathy yoga insitute initially require man power

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” - Hippocrates
Diet plays a vital role in Nature cure regimen, as it believes that ‘you are
what you eat’. Special emphasis will be given on diet. The food which will
be served shall be wholesome and prescribed by our doctors in specified
quantity as per disease condition.
The preparations served here will be raw, boiled, steamed and baked
which will developed and supervised by our doctor/ dieticians. The
vegetables and fruits used in the diet centre will organically grown in our
institute.
