2. THERAPIES IN NATURE CURE
The Naturopathic medicine is based on the concept of treating the
body with Panchamahabuthas, that is Earth, Water, Fire, Air and
Ether which forms the basic constituents of the body. These
elements are used to revitalize and rejuvenate the body and
strengthen the immune system against the disease causing agents
present in and around it.

3. JALACHIKITHSA ( HYDROTHERAPY )
The therapy uses water at different temperatures, forms and
pressure with adjuvant to alleviate the ailments of the of the
body. Hydrotic application includes Hip Bath, Spinal Bath, Sauna
Bath, Steam Bath, Water Massage, Asthma Baths, Plantain leaf
baths, Neem Bath, Hepatic and kidney packs. These specialized
treatments like packing and sprays act as an agent to re-activate
the aging human system .

4. PRITHVI CHIKITHSA
This is a process where pure mud is applied over the body directly
or in the form of packs. The cooling, chemical and mechanical
properties of mud helps to treat problems of skin joints and
metabolic disorders.

14. INITIAL REQUIREMENTS
For Initial stage of Delhi Naturopathy yoga insitute initially require man power
1. 2 Doctor,
2. 4 Therapist and at least Four instructures .
3. 2 helpers and
4. 6 ssc.
5. For Kitchen there must be atleast 2 cooks and two Kitchen Helpers,

7. one store Keeper and 1 assistant .
8. 1 Expert/coordinator
Two room for Hydropathy with four cabin which will be facilitated for all type of
Hydrotherapy by making cabins. Hip Bath, Tub Bath, Spinal Bath, Foot Bath, steam bath.
There must be at least 2 steam chamer initially.
We should used solar energy for electricity purpose.
Sun Bath-open area for Male & Female separately.

15. Mud Theraphy-There required one room faicialiated with cabins.
Seprate therapy ccentre has to be provided for male and female.
There must be separate one changing room with toilet must be attach with
each therapy center.
There will be a big medicinal garden for green area and pranayam.
For yoga&there should be Indoor facilities and outdooe yoga therapy facilities
At least 2 meditation hall.
One Store room
For Shatkarm Kriya there must be 2 separate places for Male & female, It
should be faciliated with hot & Proper water.

16. Diet
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” - Hippocrates
Diet plays a vital role in Nature cure regimen, as it believes that ‘you are
what you eat’. Special emphasis will be given on diet. The food which will
be served shall be wholesome and prescribed by our doctors in specified
quantity as per disease condition.
The preparations served here will be raw, boiled, steamed and baked
which will developed and supervised by our doctor/ dieticians. The
vegetables and fruits used in the diet centre will organically grown in our
institute.
INTEGRATED YOGA TREATMENT SHALL BE APPLIED FOR HOLISTIC HEALTH
