6/2012 – Present - Crisis Chaplain Volunteer The Int’l Fellowship of Chaplains and the Int’l Critical Incident Stress
Foundation’s high standards and training requirements ensure practical high quality community support and non-
denominational, any-faith guidance. Both are UN, DHS, FBI & FEMA authorized. Crisis Chaplains bring a
comforting presence to people in crisis, meeting them at their point of need. They can serve as a bridge between
secular and spiritual community life. Crisis intervention and support assists in a return to a new normal quickly,
bringing stability and significantly reducing short and long term dysfunction.
4/1984 – 10/1998 - Coopersburg Medical Associates as an Office Nurse responsible for management of clinical areas of
the medical practice including supervising clinical staff. Communicates test results to patients and responsible for patient
education. Obtains patient histories and symptoms, vital signs during daily office schedule. Experience with Holter monitors,

75 - 1984 - Dr’s Gaydos, Echenberg and Kaufmann as Office Nurse. First nurse hired to develop a comprehensive
program for prenatal education in a young practice. Responsible for taking medical, social and obstetrical histories, nutrition
counseling, breast feeding support, teaching prenatal classes and supporting a family centered approach to pregnancy and
childbirth. Instruction in methods of birth control, preoperative and postoperative teaching, assisting with minor office
surgery, hospital rounds and on-call labor support for OB patients. Maintained a video and book library for patient education.
1979 - 1985 - Childbirth Education Services of the Lehigh Valley Partner & Instructor for Prepared Cesarean Childbirth
classes and Early Pregnancy Classes. Committee Chair for Cesarean Birth integration into traditional Lamaze classes.
