Za sprečavanje koštano-zglobnih problema
neophodna je fizička aktivnost.
Ona treba da je prilagođena uzrastu i
zdravstvenom stanju organizma.
6. Deformacije
Zbog nepravilnog držanja tela, dolazi do
deformacija skeleta, a najčešće kičme.
Najčešće deformacije su deformacije stopala
i kičme.

7. Kifoza
Kičmeni stub je savijen tako
da su leđa lučno zaobljena ili
oštrouglo savijena unazad.
Glava se naginje ka napred,
ramena se isturaju napred i
na dole, lopatice uzdižu kao
krila, zbog čega osoba ima
pogrbljeno držanje tela, a
stomak se ispupčava
unapred.
U početku je kifoza mobilna, a kasnije postaje fiksirana.
Kifoza je često povezana sa naglim rastom deteta, kao i
nepravilnim sedenjem dece koja imaju slabe trbušne mišiće.
8. Skolioza
Skolioza je najčešći i
najteži deformitet.
Kičmeni stub je savijen u
stranu, a kičmeni
pršljenovi rotirani u
odnosu na središnju liniju,
najčešće u grudnom, a
nekada i u lumbalnom

Skoliozu često nije lako uočiti, te je neophodno redovno
pregledati decu i obratiti pažnju na postojanje telesnih
asimertija (npr. da li je jedno rame više od drugog).

u lumbalnom delu.
Gledano iz profila, osoba
ima isturene stomak i
zadnjicu.
Lordoza je najčešće
posledica slabih trbušnih

naknadnih deformiteta
karlice i krivljenja nogu).
Česta je kod gojaznih
osoba.
10. Ravna stopala
Ravna stopala su najčešći oblik
deformiteta stopala.
Osim naslednih faktora,
posledica su fizičke
neaktivnosti, gojaznosti i
nošenja loše obuće.
Osobe sa ravnim stopalima i
spuštenim svodovima često
imaju bolove u nogama.
Deca sa ravnim stopalima se
brzo zamaraju, ne mogu dugo
da hodaju, ne vole da trče, a i
kada trče, to rade nepravilno,
pa je i ovo razlog što izbegavaju
bavljenje sportom, što dodatno
otežava uklanjanje deformiteta.

Brojna su oboljenja koštanog sistema, kao i
uzroci koji ih izazivaju.

14. Rahitis
Rahitis je bolest kostiju koja nastaje usled
nedostatka vitamina D.
Javlja se kod dece. Njihove kosti postaju meke,
krive se i ne mogu da izdrže veća opterećenja.
Usled toga nastaju deformacije zgloba ili kolena (X
ili O noge) ili grudnog koša (kokošije grudi)
Nastanak ove bolesti se sprečava pravilnom
ishranom, boravkom na suncu i u svetlim
prostorijama.
16. Reumatska oboljenja
Reumatska oboljenja
predstavljaju skup
različitih bolesti kostiju,
zglobova i mišića.
Uzrok ovih bolesti je
najverovatnije
kombinacija genetskih
(naslednih) faktora i
faktora sredine (vlaga,
hladnoća, bakterije,
virusi).
Nekim reumatskim bolestima sklonije su žene nego
muškarci (npr. Reumatoidni artritis-zapaljenje stopala).
17. Reumatoidni artritis
Bolest počinje
postepeno:umorom i
jutarnjom ukočenošću
zglobova. Kasnije se
javljaju bol i otok zglobova.
Palac je u obliku latiničnog
slova Z.
Svaki zglob može da bude
zahvaćen reumatoidnim
artritisom.
Još uvek ne postoji lek za ove bolesti, ali postoje metode
lečenja kojima se one mogu držati pod kontrolom.
18. Osteoporoza
Osteoporoza je
oboljenje koje nastaje
usled gubitka koštane
mase u kostima.
Tada su kosti lako
lomljive.
Najveći broj obolelih od
osteoporoze (80%) su
žene starije životne
dobi.
19. Povrede skeleta
Povrede skeleta nastaju usled pada, skoka
ili udarca.
Najčešće povrede kostiju su:

Prelomi
20. Uganuće
Uganuće nastaje kada se
istegnu elastični omotači
zgloba (zglobne veze).
Najčešće dolazi do otoka.
Prva pomoć kod ovih
povreda je da se na
povređeni zglob što pre
stavi hladan oblog.
Povređeni deo tela treba
staviti u stanje mirovanja,
a po potrebi obratiti se
lekaru.
21. Iščašenje
Iščašenje nastaje kada
jabučica zgloba izađe
(iskoči) iz svog ležišta u
zglobnoj čašici.
Ova povreda najčešće
nastaje pri padu,
naglom pokretu ili zbog
jakog udarca.
Ovo je teža povreda i
treba se obratiti lekaru.
23. Zatvoreni prelom
Kod zatvorenog
preloma, kost je pukla i
ostala na mestu
povrede.
Spolja se vidi otok i
povređeni deo tela je
ograničene
pokretljivosti.
24. Otvoreni prelom
Kada prelomljena kost
svojom oštrom ivicom
povredi okolno tkivo i
probije kožu, nastaje
otvoreni prelom.
Ova vrsta preloma
izuzetno je opasna jer
je često praćena
krvarenjem, a zbog
otvorene rane neretko
dolazi do infekcije.
Prva pomoć kod preloma ukazuje se zaustavljanjem
krvarenja, ako ga ima, a zatim imobilizacija i transport u
bolnicu.
25. Imobilizacija
Imobilizacija je stavljanje povređemog dela tela u
nepokretan položaj (stavljanje na čvrst oslonac-šinu,
daščicu ili najbliži deo tela)
Povređeni deo treba pričvristiti tako da zglobovi
iznad i ispod preloma budu nepokretni.
Kao oslonac prelomljenoj nozi može da bude
druga, zdrava noga, dok u slučaju povređene ruke
oslonac može biti grudni koš.
Prelomljene kosti može pravilno namestiti samo
lekar.
U stanju mirovanja, u gipsu kosti srastu za 6-7
nedelja (kod dece brže, a kod starijih ljudi sporije).
