1. DEED OF DONATION

Donor and Donee are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually referred to as
“Party”.
THE PARTIES AGREE as follows:
1.1 Donor is a registered non-stock, non-profit educational institution and is authorized to engage in
activities pursuant to its Articles of Incorporation.
1.2 For and in consideration of Donor’s desire to contribute to nation-building, and in view of its
generosity, appreciation and support to Agusan Penqueno National High School, Donor hereby
voluntarily and freely gives, cedes, transfers and conveys by way of donation unto Donee all rights,
title and interest that Donor has in the following property(ies) with a total estimated amount of
nineteen thousand nine hundred sixty-eight pesos (“Donation”), free from all liens and
encumbrances:

1.3 Donor has reserved for itself in full ownership sufficient property to support itself in a manner
appropriate for its needs and that this donation is not made with intent to deceive or defraud any
creditors, heirs, or any third person.
1.4 Donee has all the requisite power and authority to accept the donation and enter into, deliver and
execute this Deed.
1.5 Donee hereby receives and accepts the foregoing donation of the above-described property with its
sincerest appreciation and gratitude for the liberality and generosity of Donor.
1.6 Donee undertakes and commits to use the Donation exclusively for the purpose of their education-
related activities. Donee thus hereby agrees to submit all supporting documents to certify the receipt
of such donation. Donee also hereby allows the Donor to inspect and audit Donee’s use of the
Donation in any manner the Donor may deem fit to verify compliance with the above-stated purpose.
