This document describes an indigenous software created by Indian students to analyze renal parenchymal transit time from renographic curves using deconvolution analysis. It discusses the methodology using MATLAB, the analytical steps involved in the software, and presents results from 130 patient cases. The software provides concise renal transit time measurements but has some limitations including multiple steps, operator dependence, and difficulty reproducing results.

Convolution = Viewing ‘g(x)’ via the lens

Deconvolution = Deriving ‘g(x)’ from
