Corporate Supervisor/Instructor February 2008 – present
 Ramp Supervisor/Instructor (training all aspects of aircraft loading/unloading, safety
awareness, ground equipment training)
 Loadmaster/Hub Loadmaster Instructor (training FAA approved course on how to load
and aircraft including cargo)
 Ground Security Coordinator Instructor (training TSA approved course on how to
handle security issues above wing as well as below wing)
 Training Auditor (audit stations above and below wing to make sure they are abiding
by all policies and procedures set forth by Frontier Airlines, the stations parent
company, TSA, FAA, and any other rules and regulations that may apply)
 Safety Auditor (audit all stations for safety procedures not being followed that are set
forth by Frontier Airlines, the stations parent company, TSA, FAA)
 Aircraft Appearance/Search Training (complete training of how to clean an aircraft and
do security searches above and below the aircraft)
 Airbus Door Instructor (train agents to properly open airbus doors inside and out)
 Station Manager training (train managers on what is expected of them during a station
opening and what to expect during the auditing process.
 Station Training Coordinator Instructor (train agents in stations to keep up with all
policies and procedures training for new hires, hands on training, as well as computer
based training)

 Safety Warden (First Aid/CPR/AED trained, implementing evacuations, conducting
safety briefings)
 Frontier Airlines GO Team (in the event of an airline disaster, called upon to travel to
the disaster and handle the Family Response Team)
 Administrative Duties (holding and attending briefings/meetings, filing, answering
phones and emails, covering in the absence
 Station Conversions in 2013 (converted 45 cities/stations, trained approximately 500
agents, Supervisors, Managers, and traveled 100%)
 Station Conversions and Openings in 2014 (trained in 50 stations, trained
approximately 1000 agents, Supervisors, and Managers)
 Navitaire Conversion from Sabre was instrumental in the training and worked the
Command Centerduring conversion weekend.
 Lead Instructor in the transition of the Hub in Denver from Frontier employees to our
Business partner, Swissport. Created two week curriculum for this transition. This is
ongoing for the next few months with all the training being done by myself and my
coworkers.
