Fragmentation is a type of asexual reproduction where an organism breaks into two or more parts that can each grow into a separate individual, as seen in flatworms which can regenerate into whole organisms if cut in half. Many flatworms and annelids like earthworms are hermaphrodites, having both male and female reproductive organs, though earthworms need to mate with another worm to fertilize eggs, which they do by joining heads and tails to exchange sperm before releasing eggs and cocooning them.
Plants need transport systems to move water, minerals, and sugars throughout their tissues since roots absorb water and minerals from the soil while leaves produce sugars through photosynthesis. Xylem tissue transports water and minerals upward from the roots to the leaves, while phloem tissue transports sugars downward from the leaves to all other plant parts. Xylem is made of dead water-conducting cells called vessels while phloem is made of living sieve tube elements that transport sugars with the help of companion cells.

Identifying the inquiry and stating the problem(Practical Research)majoydrew
This document discusses identifying the inquiry and stating the problem in a research project. It provides guidance on developing a research question, including potential sources of questions, criteria for good questions, and scope and delimitations. The research question can come from personal interest, existing literature, theories, social problems, or new developments. Good questions are clear, researchable, connected to theory, linked to each other, and offer an original contribution. The scope and delimitations establish the boundaries of the study, while the objectives, significance, and target audience are also important to define.
The document discusses the benefits of exercise for mental health. Regular physical activity can help reduce anxiety and depression and improve mood and cognitive functioning. Exercise causes chemical changes in the brain that may help protect against mental illness and improve symptoms.

THE SACRIFICE HOW PRO-PALESTINE PROTESTS STUDENTS ARE SACRIFICING TO CHANGE T...indexPub
The recent surge in pro-Palestine student activism has prompted significant responses from universities, ranging from negotiations and divestment commitments to increased transparency about investments in companies supporting the war on Gaza. This activism has led to the cessation of student encampments but also highlighted the substantial sacrifices made by students, including academic disruptions and personal risks. The primary drivers of these protests are poor university administration, lack of transparency, and inadequate communication between officials and students. This study examines the profound emotional, psychological, and professional impacts on students engaged in pro-Palestine protests, focusing on Generation Z's (Gen-Z) activism dynamics. This paper explores the significant sacrifices made by these students and even the professors supporting the pro-Palestine movement, with a focus on recent global movements. Through an in-depth analysis of printed and electronic media, the study examines the impacts of these sacrifices on the academic and personal lives of those involved. The paper highlights examples from various universities, demonstrating student activism's long-term and short-term effects, including disciplinary actions, social backlash, and career implications. The researchers also explore the broader implications of student sacrifices. The findings reveal that these sacrifices are driven by a profound commitment to justice and human rights, and are influenced by the increasing availability of information, peer interactions, and personal convictions. The study also discusses the broader implications of this activism, comparing it to historical precedents and assessing its potential to influence policy and public opinion. The emotional and psychological toll on student activists is significant, but their sense of purpose and community support mitigates some of these challenges. However, the researchers call for acknowledging the broader Impact of these sacrifices on the future global movement of FreePalestine.

3. The Absurdity Of Death
Death is the contradiction of Life
We enjoy doing the stuff we like, but since Death
is uncertain, it can be taken away from us at any
moment
This is an ABSURD condition according to Albert
Camus
The sad thing is, sometimes death comes at the
peak of our success
Death is a part of life
It’s role is to bring meaning to our lives
4. The Meaning Of Death
the end of life : the time when someone or
something dies
- Merriam-Webster
the action or fact of dying or being killed; the end
of the life of a person or organism.
- oxforddictionarries.com
the act of dying; the end of life; the total and
permanent cessation of all the vital functions of an
organism.
- Dictionary.com
5. We live for a purpose, and we commit our selves
to that purpose believing that it can be realized,
which brings meaning to our lives. Our reasons for
existence are anchored on that purpose. Our
strengths lie on our faith that that purpose will be
realized. Our present life hangs on to our faith that
that future will come. But the unfortunate thing is
that this future may not come
This is why Life is more meaningful because of
Death
Imagine, according to Frankl, if Life has no end
6. A life without end is a life without meaning
Life offers us opportunities. And we should grab
them when it is being offered to us and turn these
opportunities into values at a given time, and not
just anytime
Death is a boundary-situation that imposes upon
us tasks to be accomplished
We need to value every single moment and every
single opportunity
Everything in our became precious because of
death
7. Consciousness & Responsibility
To be conscious means to be aware of the
meanings that singular situations bring us
To be responsible is to grab the opportunity to
create a meaning offered by the situation.
A singular event happens to me means that it is
meant for me
A person has two existential tasks: to be
conscious of the meanings in life and to be
responsible for them
Time is in the essence in the accomplishment of
our responsibility
8. We can die at anytime so we have to be aware of
every single opportunity
Since death is certain we should not waste every
opportunity we have
We must cherish every moment and seize every
opportunity
Therefore according to Frankl, Death is the source
of meaning of Life.
9. Death actualizes Man’s
Potentials
According to Aristotle, Life is a potency that has to
be actualized
Through living we convert this potency into act
From becoming life becomes a being
Life is a process of becoming, attaining being in
death
