natural periodic
state of rest for the
mind and body.

and body are not given
proper rest?
The problems could be
innumerable and infinite. We
humans have infinite reasons
that could make us lose our
sleep.

lag, barking dog, hot
weather, head
ache, stress, illness, fatigue
