The purpose of this assignment is for you to:

You have been commissioned by E6 global media to produce a short film for entry into the EMMA awards. You will have creative freedom to
produce a film of any genre between 3-7 minutes long.

Task 1 – Planning and Proposal
Within this blog post you need to write a proposal of your idea for your short film project.
1. Prepare a proposal to your client outlining your ideas and how it will effectively engage the audience

You will have creative freedom to produce a film of any genre between 3-7 minutes long. Work to be submitted Blog including: • Proposal for a short film project • Short film treatment • Pre-production paperwork • Finished Video Product • Full review of process Tasks Grading Criteria Mapping There is additional guidance that you will need to follow posted to Unit 18’s Moodle course and all evidence produced by you must be posted to your blog. Where you use the web to carry out your research make sure that you have cited all sources. Task 1 – Planning and Proposal Within this blog post you need to write a proposal of your idea for your short film project. 1. Prepare a proposal to your client outlining your ideas and how it will effectively engage the audience P1, M1, D1 Task 2 – Pre-production 1. Carry out all of the relevant pre-production for your short film P1, M1, D1 Task 3 – Production and final products 2. You must each have an assigned role in the production phase of the project 3. Your group must edit and produce one version of the short film with all members contributing in some capacity 4.
