BestSTART is an onboarding experience designed to help new
associates feel connected to Alcon, understand our proud
history & bright future, our purpose, and our values &
behaviors. The program provides opportunities to learn with
associates across functions, network with leadership, and
exposure to D&I and ERG initiatives. Officers from security,
BPO and compliance provide onsite training and awareness.
Associates receive necessary IT devices along with setup and
installation training to ensure they function properly.

  • 4. BestSTART is an onboarding experience designed to help new associates feel connected to Alcon, understand our proud history & bright future, our purpose, and our values & behaviors. The program provides opportunities to learn with associates across functions, network with leadership, and exposure to D&I and ERG initiatives. Officers from security, BPO and compliance provide onsite training and awareness. Associates receive necessary IT devices along with setup and installation training to ensure they function properly.
