I am a successful, driven, reliable and focused Account Director in the telecommunications industry. I
have a proven track record of successful revenue generation maintaining and growing large revenue
bases and securing new logos. I have over 25 years’ experience predominantly in the UK Public Sector
(Central Government), and also have experience in sectors such as Systems Integrators and Transport.
I have managed accounts with annual revenues of up to £28M per annum and have achieved and or
bettered targets consistently as a Sales person.
My key strengths include the ability to build trust and confidence with my clients and the ability to
communicate with all levels inside and outside of the normal technology divisions. I have built
longstanding relationships with customers and have become their confidant and advisor, and generated
new business with a “can do” attitude both as a self-motivating individual and as a team leader/player.
My roles in the Public Sector include user, technical consultant, bid manager, and for the last 15 years
as a Sales person. This grounding has provided me with a very sound and successful consultative
approach, and enabled me to build excellent communication skills at all levels including CxO level.

secured, includes one of the first Public Services Network (PSN) managed telecoms services to be
delivered to the central government sector in the UK (Charity Commission) and a PSN Secure Wide
Area Network at Impact Level 3 (Homes and Communities Agency).
