To respond right away is the most common
barrier occurs when you want to improve the
quality of healthcare organization. Failure is
tough to identify and your system performs
and run a high risk bad outcome when you
try to make changes.
Another issue related to quality improvement
is involvement of the people which doesn’t
solve the problem. Failure is to recognize the
contribution of all special cause variation
leads to an overly narrow focus on people.
It is important to get a clear, visual
version or idea of how your system
performs when it fails to recognize the
true message of the system.
To achieve the quality program in healthcare process ,
you don’t have to point out whether you are doing
better or not. There are some hard situations that exist
out there in healthcare process improvement. One of
the most complicated is when the team feels it’s doing
better but in fact there’s been no real development.
One good way to express this feeling is that quality
improvement projects don’t end; they just go into a
control phase. Always remember to look into your
previous work at certain intervals. We need to be
aware to use meaningful data. Setting up a procedure
that collects meaningful data, supports the team’s
needs, and keeps the team together.
