The American Special Hockey Association (ASHA) gives people with physical and developmental disabilities the opportunity to play ice hockey based on their ability level. It aims to provide not just physical activity, but also life skills like teamwork, self-reliance, and concentration. The project team was working to finalize the design basis, evaluate a larger pipeline size, and develop the 2016 work program and budget. Safety performance on the project was good with few incidents reported. The project leadership team had over 800 years of combined experience working to deliver the Alaska LNG project.

2. 30 Years of Making Miracles
Started in 1986, the DAV Winter Sports
Clinic has provided life-altering
experiences for both disabled veterans
and active duty personnel. This is the
largest rehabilitative program of its kind
in existence today.
This year, almost 400 service members
attended the clinic at Snowmass Village,
Colorado. They were provided with a
week of athletic activities and
workshops designed around their needs
among some of the most beautiful
scenery our country has to offer.
